1. Our Flat Line System. . . 0% loss into the atmosphere!
   Urethanes, varnishes, and lacquers require 80% to 90% solvents, all of which escape into the environment. ModuForm's finishing material on the other hand is 100% solid. Zero percent escapes into the atmosphere!
2. Electrostatic Disk System. . . virtually eliminates emissions!
   The UV Resin Finish is applied by an electro-static disk system, one of only two in the country. This method charges the coating so that it is attracted directly to the wood surface. While other methods are only 45% efficient, ModuForm's method has an 80% transfer efficiency, virtually eliminating waste and organic emissions.
3. The UV Difference. . . no chemicals released into the environment!
   Conventional wood finishes are air-dried. Approximately 10-12% of the finish stays on the wood, while 88% evaporates into the atmosphere. ModuForm's UV Cured Resin Finish is "dried" by ultraviolet light so there is no evaporation! Zero chemicals are released into the environment.
